Hi everyone my name is Danielle I am 32 and hoping to be having laparoscopic bariatric surgery in the very near future. Right now I am going through the many stages tests etc in order to be considered a candid. I have gone to my second sleep study, in the first one I found out that I have sleep apnea so last night I went in and was hooked up to a CPAP machine to figure out settings etc. Now I am waiting on my Dr to call me so I can go in and get my own CPAP machine. It will be nice to actually wake up and feel like I have slept. Today I passed my psych. evaluation so I am getting closer and closer. I have to quit smoking and drinking pop before I can have it done also so I am hoping to quit smoking within the next couple of days. On April 27th I will go to the surgeons office to have my first appontment with them. I will let everyone know what I find out and is going on as I find out and do more. I would be interrested in talking to anyone who has had the same done.
Have a great day everyone. Danielle |
