I got myself a treadmill this past X'mas!
I am very excited about it and have been doing it 30 mins a day, more if I've the time. Hope this doesn't grow old fast like the yoga class I paid for ![]() |

I have actually gotten on a tread mill recently myself. That, and a stair master, sit ups, and military presses. Doing a light jog, not running, for about 2 miles, before I have to take a break.
